PURCHASE OPTIONS & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Fat Hide offers certain products through subscription or recurring purchase options for customer convenience.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription Billing

When you select a subscription or recurring purchase option, you authorize Fat Hide to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency chosen during checkout.

Subscription frequencies may include:

  • Monthly

  • Every 2 Months

  • Every 3 Months

  • Other intervals displayed at checkout

Charges will continue until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription Reminder: Customers are responsible for managing their subscription and billing dates. Fat Hide is not responsible for charges incurred when a subscription is not canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscriptions at any time through their customer account portal.

You may:

  • Pause a subscription

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Update billing information

  • Update shipping information

  • Cancel a subscription

Changes must be made before the next billing date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date.

Once a recurring order has been processed, charged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

All sales remain subject to our Refund Policy.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed:

  • Fat Hide may attempt to process the payment again.

  • Subscription orders may be delayed until payment is successfully completed.

  • Fat Hide reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions with repeated payment failures.

Subscription Pricing

Fat Hide reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, discounts, or benefits at any time.

Customers will be notified of any material changes before future charges are processed where required by law.

Subscription Availability

Fat Hide reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time without liability.

Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare products, subscription purchases are subject to our No Refund Policy.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except where required by law.
