At Fat Hide, every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping procedures, and customer responsibilities.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes, modifications, or cancellations.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping method selected

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier services.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Customs processing

  • Natural disasters

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events beyond our control


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fat Hide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Fat Hide is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members

  • Checking with neighbors

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days may not qualify for review.


International Shipping

Option A — U.S. Only

Fat Hide currently ships within the United States only.

OR

Option B — International

Fat Hide may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Additional government fees

Fat Hide is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Shipping Restrictions

Fat Hide reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or prohibited.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Fat Hide cannot guarantee delivery timelines once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations.

Because all Fat Hide products are handcrafted in small batches, occasional processing delays may occur to maintain quality standards.
