At Fat Hide, every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping procedures, and customer responsibilities.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes, modifications, or cancellations.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Fat Hide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Fat Hide is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:

Requests submitted after 7 days may not qualify for review.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations. Available destinations, shipping methods, and rates are shown at checkout. If your address is not supported at checkout, we cannot currently ship to that destination.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Fat Hide cannot guarantee delivery timelines once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations.
Because all Fat Hide products are handcrafted in small batches, occasional processing delays may occur to maintain quality standards.

Protect Your Herd — Optional Shipping Protection
Protect Your Herd is an optional $4 charge per order, selected in the cart. It provides replacement products if the protected shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
Not covered: porch theft, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by USPS or another carrier that the customer reports as not received. These situations are not eligible for replacement under Protect Your Herd.
For a package marked delivered but not received, check the delivery location, household members, and neighbors, then contact USPS or the delivering carrier directly for help locating the package. File a carrier claim if applicable.
For a protected shipment lost in transit, contact support@fathide.com with your order number and tracking information. For transit damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged products, shipping box, and packaging.

Rub between your palms, then massage over the area you want to moisturize.

Allow it to absorb. Add another small amount only if needed.

How should I store it?
Keep the jar cool and out of direct sunlight. Use clean, dry hands and close the lid after use.
Where should I apply it?
Massage onto clean, dry body skin, paying attention to dry-feeling areas such as elbows, knees, and legs.
What if I’m trying a new product?
Patch test first, follow the product directions, avoid the eye area, and stop use if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetic body care.
