It started with family.

Fat Hide started with family. When my grandson began struggling with severe dryness and eczema, I started paying closer attention to the products in our routine and the ingredients inside them.

That experience inspired a search for simpler everyday body care. I wanted to understand what we were using and find textures that made a moisturizing routine feel less complicated.

That search led me to traditional tallow-based skincare. I began experimenting with textures and combinations of tallow, butters, and oils, refining the feel of each batch along the way.

The goal was straightforward: rich, comforting moisture and a routine that was easy to enjoy.

What began as a personal project became Fat Hide. Today, our collection brings together Whipped Tallow Body Butter, Body Oil, Tallow Soap, and Tallow Deodorant in scents made to suit different moods and routines.

For those who prefer no added fragrance, Naked Fat keeps our body butter unscented. The same belief still guides us: choose ingredients with care, make the routine feel good, and leave room for a little fun.
