At Fat Hide, every product is carefully crafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened, used, or delivered products.
No Refunds
All sales are final.
Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to offer:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Fat Hide is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
